First Stage of Cake Baking

Mixing butter and sugar is one of the early in cake baking. The preparation this batter determines how well your cake is going to come. I use hand blender for mixing.

Here's a picture I shot while my student was working on the cake batter. If you're planning to buy hand blender, then I would suggest Murphy Richards or Philips blender.
