Muffins and cupcakes are the trend in Bangalore. I see a spike in enquirers from people looking to learn the basics of muffins and cakes.

Learning muffins or cakes is no rocket science. All you need is to follow the basic steps in mixing. Once you know the right measure, cake baking is a simple task. Once you learn the basic steps, you can improvise it with different colors, shapes, icing or designs

These days many young kids are keen to learn muffins and cakes. Last month close to 55% of cake lessons were for school kids. This month saw a drop in number, probably because of their school exam.

After the annual school closing, I expect more call from parents interested to enrolled their kids for basic cake lessons.
